When we deliver your Supafone we will collect your ADSL phone – which means...
We have 15 000 of the Vox ADSL phones in the market, but in line with our policy of constant innovation and research we have selected the Siemens - Gigaset Unit as our new generation phone. We have rebranded it as the Supafone with Siemens Germany, and have adapted it for our DSL network.
Gigaset are the world leaders in DECT (Digitally Enhanced Cordless Telephones) and the take up of this new product by the market is testament to the quality of the product and the service levels that the end user enjoys.
What about the billing
There is a different billing model for the Vox Supafone:
The Vox ADSL phone cost R49 per month and all usage was billed in arrears.
The Vox Supafone has a lower monthly rental but we do charge a pre-paid minimum Talk Time
You have a choice of 2 options:
Package 225
This includes the Vox Supafone handset and a base station plus R200 worth of talk time p/m
Package 500
This includes the Vox Supafone handset and a base station plus R500 worth of talk time p/m
All calls are at our normal rates and any amounts over bundled talk time will be billed in arrears.
